Our services are provided 24 hours a day, and from the first call, we will endeavour to make the practicalities of such a difficult time as straightforward as possible and take all your wishes into account.
Calling the main office number will automatically transfer to the funeral director on call at any time of the day or night.
We are also available to discuss your wishes should you be thinking ahead - either to provide guidance and costs to allow arrangements to be noted down, or to look at options for a pre-paid funeral plan. It is important to us that the main reason for this is to provide guidance with no pressure to commit to anything.

Our Facilities
We operate from our premises in Banff which comprise the following purpose built facilities:
Chapel of Rest: This peaceful space accommodates up to 100 people, and can be used for any kind of tribute required. We recognise the diversity of all cultures and welcome all denominations.
Viewing Rooms: We have private viewing rooms available to allow respects to be paid to loved ones in a quiet and peaceful environment.
Office / Meeting Rooms: This is where we carry out the numerous administration tasks, and meet with family and friends to plan the funeral arrangements.
Garage / Vehicles: To allow us to provide the best possible service, we have available our hearse, a private ambulance and a private car for staff use.
Car Parking: As well as parking at the building, we also have a larger car park adjacent to allow for off road parking during visits and services.
We are highly equipped to enable us to deliver all aspects of care your loved one may need.
